You can set your Novaa Extra Strength Laser to auto-shutoff after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes.
Any amount of time is safe, but if you want a recommended starting dosage time of 5 minutes per spot.

Fantastic Product Like I saw mentioned here I first became interested in the sunlamps you see online that sell for maybe 100. Then I saw the reviews: total junk. Then i thought I would get one of the used ones that all seem to come from Ukraine. The thing is that they are all used and who knows how long the bulbs will last, I finally bit the bullet and spent the money on the Jitesy worth it. As others have stated, make sure you slowly ramp up your exposure over the course of 2-3 weeks, depending on your skin type.?This thing might seem like a toy compared to a tanning bed but you can seriously burn yourself if you skip the ramp-up procedure. Pros: Works as expected, delivers a real tan. No more salon reservations, always available on your schedule. Much more sanitary as you're not sharing a booth/dressing room with others. Will pay for itself many times over in the long run compared to tanning salon fees and fuel costs.

In the endless Minnesota wintersI thought it was only available for the UK market, luckily I asked for help, UV is in short supply for sure and you can really feel starved for UVA and UVB. This little lamp allows to get some UVA and UVB every single day! I love the flexibility of having it at home vs paying for a membership at a salon and having to drive there every day. I followed the timing instructions and the lamp has not burned me at all. I started when I was already tanned at the end of the summer. I hooked the lamp at the bottom of a mesh-shelf so that I can lay down and relax. That also allows the have the distance more precise and stable. The company is wonderful and was very responsive, I sent two questions and they responded immediately both times.
